Purple Forge Capital LLC is a Massachusetts limited liability company with a mailing address at 500 Grossman Dr #1048, Braintree, MA 02184. We are a real estate investment company that purchases residential property in Massachusetts directly, as a principal buyer.
We are not licensed real estate agents, brokers, or salespersons. We do not provide real estate brokerage services, and nothing on this Site constitutes the practice of real estate brokerage. All cash offers are made by Purple Forge Capital LLC as a direct buyer, not on behalf of any third party. Our offers are subject to property inspection and standard due diligence as set forth in the written purchase and sale agreement.
We may assign purchase and sale agreements to affiliated entities or capital partners. Any such assignment, if it occurs, will be disclosed in the purchase agreement you sign.

04 Massachusetts Foreclosure Notice

11 Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising solely from your use of the Site (not from any signed purchase agreement) shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Carve-out. Nothing in this Section limits or excludes our liability for: (a) any matter for which liability cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including the Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act, M.G.L. c. 93A; (b) fraud or intentional misrepresentation; (c) personal injury or death caused by negligence; or (d) any obligation contained in a signed purchase and sale agreement.
12 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Purple Forge Capital LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity. This indemnification does not apply to claims arising from our own negligence, fraud, or violation of law.
13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this Section affects any non-waivable consumer rights you have under Massachusetts law.
14 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
